We had an International 986 tractor in the shop to do specialized work and found out the sad truth about keeping the older and reliable tractors. There are no parts being made. If a person is lucky, a remanufactured part may be acquired, but the search is long and there are few available. Thankfully, we were able to ship a part in and the repairs were completed. Glad to have the old girl home and ready to get dirty.
