A busy day as we had to run ten recipients through the headgate to remove cidrs and administer a shot. They should be coming in heat Tuesday evening. These fine ladies will be getting embryos implanted in the near future. We also managed to AI a cow and a heifer, move a couple of newborn calves and mothers out to another area and eat breakfast all before 8 am. Just before the sun slipped behind the mountain, we brought in two more heifers to AI. I did manage to slip a pan of brownies in the oven to be ready for lunch. Probably the best part of the day!
