Thanks to water, fertilizer, hot weather and soil sampling it is shaping up to be a wonderful crop of 3rd cutting alfalfa. These plants look healthy and have great color. Weather permitting, we are thinking the first half of September will see us cutting hay. This should be an outstanding crop of goat, sheep, elk, and deer hay.
